About Sushi by Boū

Sushi by Boū’s timed Omakase (30 minute and 60-minute options) is served at either a 4 seat or 8 seat counter and features the freshest of fish, both locally sourced, as well as brought in from all over the world. Our seasoned Sushi Chefs serve you directly, guiding you through the meal, and providing a truly exclusive experience. The high-end cuisine is greatly complimented by our craft selection of handmade cocktails, imported sake, and rare Japanese Whiskeys.

Sushi by Boū is presented by Simple Venue, an NYC based hospitality group specializing in micro restaurants, and in bringing incredible concepts to underutilized spaces. With over 15 years of experience, Simple Venue brings an elegant and new-age touch to a classic take on the old school Sushi Counter. Sushi by Bou currently has locations inside the Limelight Church in Chelsea, Sanctuary Hotel in Times Square, both in the lobby and inside of a hotel room at Hotel 3232 in Nomad and at the iconic Versace Mansion in Miami.

As we stay current on this evolving situation, we want to assure you that we are taking the appropriate precautionary measures, such as: (a) Ensuring proper and rigorous cleaning and sanitization of common surfaces and food preparation environments, while providing additional sanitizing products to our guests and staff. (b) Ongoing staff training to enhance cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our guests and staff. (c) As always, instructing our staff to stay home if they are not feeling well. (d) Working closely with and adapting to the ongoing safety guidelines from our local health departments, CDC and WHO.
